Refund policy

At VELZR, we focus on delivering high-quality streetwear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept product returns once an order has been delivered. Products are eligible only for exchange or replacement under the conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange & Replacement Policy

We offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

Eligible (Our Error):

  • Wrong product sent
  • Wrong size sent
  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement after verification.

Customer-Initiated Exchange (Customer Error):

  • Size exchange requested by customer

A ₹200 exchange handling fee applies.

3. Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share order ID and clear photos/video
  3. Exchange is subject to approval after verification

4. Conditions for Approval

  • Item unused, unwashed
  • Original tags & packaging intact
  • Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale / clearance items
  • Customized or limited-edition products
  • Used or washed items
  • Items without tags or original packaging

6. Refunds (LIMITED & TRANSPARENT)

We do not offer refunds after an order has been shipped or delivered.

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product becomes unavailable or out of stock after payment

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
