ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
VELZR currently ships across India (Pan India Delivery).
We are continuously working to expand our shipping network and improve delivery services.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery times are:

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
VELZR may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at its sole discretion.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor shipment progress.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible pin codes and order values.
VELZR reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers at its discretion.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a customer is unavailable during delivery attempts or provides incorrect shipping information, the package may be returned to us by the courier partner.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
